Engagement Proposal · FY27

Data Strategy Development Engagement

Over the past several years, General Mills has made significant investments to become a more data-driven organization, establishing a strong foundation of platforms, capabilities, and talent. The next phase is to define and operationalize an enterprise data strategy — aligning investments to business priorities and measurable outcomes, and serving as a clear guiding framework for decision-making across the organization.
